My juniper bonsai is not doing well was created by 芊芊辩颈补苍辩颈补苍

Can someone please give me some advice on how I can help my tree.

Thank you so much for your honest reply. I don’t understand how I went wrong, I went to a bonsai class at the same location where I bought it and I did as I was told, the only thing that left me uneasy was that they pressured cleaned it they sold me a new pot to re potted it. But I was told that my tree would be fine. :-(

The tree trunks, I felt uneasy but they said it wasn’t bad. They repotted the tree themselves too.

Cleaning the trunk probably wasn't the issue. The soil doesn't look right and pretty wet though.
Hard to tell though what the cause was.

I’m glad it wasn’t the pressure cleaning. thank you! …I had just watered the tree before taking the picture.

I’ve had it since valentines this year …Only outside, the pot doesn’t have a hole
