Hello! First post here
. I would like to get some help on planning the future of my newly bought Japanese Maple. My plan is to hope to make it into a shohin type bonsai...
Any help, tips, and info is greatly appreciated

Please don't use external image hosting sites as many users won't click on unknown links.

Put it in the ground. Let it grow for 10 years, then come back. Meanwhile, study bonsai.
That graft may stay visible and unsightly, so you may want to try and find better material.
(and I did not even see the photo. I don't follow links to external sites)
