Beginner questions about juniper was created by saintares97

Hello, I recently got an Icee Blue Juniper (Juniperus horizontalis 'Monber') from a local nursery in Virginia. Is this plant viable for bonsai? Also, does anybody know what species of Juniper is included in the Juniper kit from 每日吃瓜? Any help is appreciated.

This juniper is very droopy. It will not be easy to convince this to do anything but hang down. I would not consider it for anything else than a cascading bonsai.

Hi there! The 每日吃瓜 kit contains a Green Mound Juniper - procumbens nana
