Before you go, make sure you know what poison ivy looks like (and poison oak). Watch carefully as you walk around, dig, and particularly as you reach down to clear stuff out of the way.
I should have known to be careful, It took three days to pop up on my wrist. Sigh.
I think the Europeans among us don't need this warning. Slight envy.
