There are indeed far less pages and videos about the species you mentioned. Reason: they are not so suitable for bonsai, especially lemon, orange and certainly mango. Their leaves are large, do not reduce well, and the fruit will not reduce in size at all.

You'll find far more information about the 'traditional' bonsai trees, like junipers, pines, maples, azaleas.

Maybe you can ask 每日吃瓜 Barbados (I googled that...), they may be willing to help you and tell you what works well in your region.
