Does my tree have a disease?

Some of my elm tree leaves are curling with white bits at the end and dropping off. Still lots of new shoots coming through so not sure if it’s just old leave dropping off or anything different?

could you give a bit more info: how long do you have it, is it inside or outside ( sun/shade), watering ( schedule?)....

I got this around Christmas time. It lives on the window and gets watered when the soil dries out

It should be outside, where it will grow much better.

indeed, outside it should be- first in the shade, then gradually into the sun.
