Hello. After 1-2 months of holding them in the freezer, these pine seeds finally sprouted :). Should i hold them in the freezer for a longer period of time or should i take them out in the sun?

They sprouted in the freezer??
If so, just bring them gradually outside: cool room, room, outside shade, outside now and then sun, and so on. Don't forget to water them if they are outside
