Then temperature should be no issue for keeping it outdoors right now. Maybe summer would be an issue? To hot and too much sun.
Just water when the soil is almost dry. A tree in this condition can take a while to get back to health. Will not happen over night. Dont fertilize until the tree starts growing again.
