Help with Chinese Elm Infection/problem? was created by Aprkellas

Hey,
So i repotted my Chinese elm just over a month ago and afterwards it lost a few leaves (from i assume the transition). After about a week it seemed fine, however in the past week and a half/2 weeks most of its leaves have dropped off from turning brown at the edges and then shriveling up and dropping (shown in the pictures). New buds are coming through, which is weird.
Along with this, i overwatered it during the first two weeks while still getting used to the pot size so some mildew has formed at the base of the trunk

Other information:
I repotted into a pure akadama mix.
I gave it a fungicide spray this morning

Is there anything i should do? or just leave it and water normally? I gave it a fungicide spray this morning

Thanks

That looks like 100s of help me my tree is dieing threads in this forum. Most of them is kept indoors, how about yours?

However not that bad. Looks like it is comming into bud right now, which is normal for decidious trees in northern hemisphere right now. Just move it outside as soon as frost is over and I think it will be fine.
