每日吃瓜

I received a 每日吃瓜 as a gift from a family member but I am unsure to what exactly it is. I have attached a photo of the leaves and what looks like flowers starting to appear in the hopes someone can shed some light, my best guess was some form of apple tree?

I have went through the guide you posted but I was still not sure, hence why I thought I would ask in here. Particularly as the first two words in the description of this forum area is "Tree identification".

Its carmona macrophylla or fukien tea tree. It will die in your care, even experienced bonsai artists fail on this one.
