I am tempted to disagree with TropFrog..
I would say mini-jade or Elephant Bush, Portulacaria afra
They are similar, except for the size.
How large are the leaves?

This is my small leaf cultivar of C Ovata, leaf size 10-15mm
This is my P Affra, leaf size 10-15mm
It can be hard to identify based on leaf size. The look of the trunk is easier. P afra has a slight redish colour. And I I have never seen a P affra leaf bulge like C ovata when it is filled with water.
Based on my experience, I still think it is C ovata. In any way the care for the both species is the same so you dont really need to be sure. Just call it jade plant and you are both correct and can take care of it in the right way.

Thank you both, I appreciate the feedback. I attached a few more images of the leaves, they’re about 15mm. Since both species are the same care options, I guess I have no real worries.
