Hi, my daughter gave me a ficus for Xmas. It looks as if it's struggling - see photos below.
I've watered it but I fear it may have dried out / got too cold already on its way to me.
Do you think its saveable ?
Should I use any fertiliser?
I'm in the UK.

There is a slight chanse of recovery. But it looks really bad.

Nope, don't fertilize. Just keep on watering. As soon as spring arives and temperature is stable above 10c, bring it outdoors and keep on watering. If there are no signes of backbudding come summer it is a gonner.
