Fukien tea tree. Indoors or outdoors makes no difference. All colective experience is that outside tropical conditions it will die. There are no known way to get around it except for creating tropical conditions.
For your next tree, first do your research about species that you.want, that fits your skill level and that suits the environment you can provide, then go look for it in stores, online or garden centers.
