Juniper - black needles

Juniper - black needles was created by Kim_jp

This winter my juniper has turned black/ very dark green. It does not look ok…
Also, I have noticed some white spots in some of the needles.
Any idea on how can I recover my bonsai?
I cannot remember such dark colors in the past years.

How long have you had it? Why is it indoors?

Around 6 years. It is mainly outdoor.

I think the low indoor humidity has made it suffer. But not more than it will come back when you put it outdoors again.

Why is it moved in sometimes?
