Hello, I was gifted a bonsai tree with a tiny care paper for Christmas and I've been trying my best to let it thrive.
I unfortunately live in an apartment with no balcony to keep it outside and don't think it's getting enough sun.
I also have no idea what tree this is, but I'm assuming evergreen.
My concern is growing day by day as my tree is becoming more dry and brittle (leaves are falling off) and it is turning more gray than it once was.
I'm not sure what TLC this tree needs right now, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Please help, I really want to keep it alive.
I'm also curious about repotting it, but I do not want to shock it too much.

As we can't see it we can't identify it, but it sounds as it is nearly dead. Once again a conifer dying because it is kept inside.
