Lumps on sycamore leaves was created by Namcle

One of my small sycamore saplings has these lumps appear on its leaves, which also looks like they've been eaten. None of the others have them. Can anyone help identify what's happening? I hope it's not a pest/parasite.?

You have two things there, The galls and something has been eating the leaves. If it is not on a lot of them I would cut the leaves off.
