Do you think a heated propergator would help with tree seeds .

Trees of any size produce thousands of seeds. Large pine trees probably more than 10,000 every year. Most of them don't sprout. Most of the sprouts die. Otherwise there would be millions of pine trees in any forest. Maybe a dozen survive more than two years.
So, to get them to grow into trees and then bonsais you need pretty good luck, and then you need to keep them alive a long time. You need to get them into soil right after they fall off the tree and then be lucky.
I picked up three or four dozen elm seeds off the ground in Amsterdam, brought them home, planted them, and nothing grew. The online article said they were not viable longer than three days. Oh, well.
