Its a Ficus ginseng. Look up the care info on this site about the Ficus and hopefully you will read what you can improve :)

Actually, I would say that it WAS a ficus ginseng. Now that the graft is dead and the root stock is sprouting new growth, it is technically no longer a ficus ginseng.
