Does the pot it is in have holes? If it does then no, unless it is not draining then why would you re pot? You have to have a reason to re pot, and just because you have bought the plant is not a reason. If it does not have holes then yes it needs another pot. If is in a pot inside that one then again as long as it is draining then do not re pot for the sake of i.
