Hello. My juniper started dry and one side is yellow. Probably I didn't keep my bonsai in proper place. Now I place my tree outside and noticed new green ends. Please advise if I can cut dry ends and can I water twice a day. Thanks in advance

Keep it moist at all times, don't overwater, suggest you let it recover before any work is done

It's juniper... let it dry out between waterings, water it when the soil feels dry - but don't keep it dry for extended periods.
Parts that are completely yellow are dead and will not recover. You can remove them.

When a tree of me displays such behaviour (Which is hardly ever I am glad to realize), I take them out of full sun, give them only early morning of afternoon sun, ideally out of the wind. I do not water untill the soil has gone very dry. In bad cases I place transparant plastic over the foliage to keep it from dsrying out;
Most likely the plant has suffered minor or major root-loss (But a picture would help to judge that) and the plant needs to start growing roots. By spraying water over the foliage once or twice a day, you help the plant keep internal moisture levels up.
If you have extensive yellowing of the plant, chances are slim it will recover, I am afraid.
