I acquired this tree at an auction in a tree group lot and was wondering if anyone here may be able to identify it for me from these pics. Just let me know if I need any other picture angles, I will gladly add them. Thanks in advance.

First impression would be: Malus spp

I agree, depending on what country you are in. It could be a Crab Apple. Has it got any fruit?

i definitely think it is an apple, but kind of apple, not sure.

Everyone's help is greatly appreciated. I live in the United States of America. And there currently is nothing growing on it.
