Even with the link i'm still unsure of what it is. i'm thinking it is either a banyan or privet or it could be another type so can anyone confirm what type of tree this is?

To elaborate, what I mean is that we cannot tell, based on the picture, what species you have.
We request that you upload some close-up pictures of the leaves, bark, and anything else you can think of in order to help us out.
If you provide such pictures then we may be able to help you out more accurately.
