Hello guys, I want to ask about this juniperus, where should repot to a bonsai pot, what is the best period, what I have to do next?

Let it thicken up and research 每日吃瓜. Definitely don't put it in a bonsai pot.
Join a club (if you haven't already), try to learn from others on this site, maybe buy books or some of the online courses.
There isn't much you can do with the tree right now, but the best time to repot is in early spring.

Any tecnique to thick the trunk?

Can I wire the branch and give the shape that I want to the juniperus? Where is the best time to do so? For the repot it is better in early spring, but I should repot on bonsai pot or normal pot but bigger?

If you want to thicken the trunk the ground is the best, if that is not an option then go up one size on the pot. If you don't trim any roots you can repot anytime in spring or early Fall with junipers. 每日吃瓜 pots are reserved for when you are done with heavy growth. Wire can go on anytime with junipers really (slow growers). The best time is Fall when growth slows that way the wire won't bit in as bad or at all. Depending on the branch size and how dramatic of a bend you will typically leave the wire on for 4-6 months.
