Tiny orange balls causing leaves to rot was created by Victoria_d04

I got my bonsai as a present 2 weeks ago and I noticed today these have started popping up all over most of my leaves. We've kept in indoors away from all other plants. Help?

What species is it? Are you sure it should be inside? If it is that bad take it back.

It's a ficus and it does seem to still have a lot of healthy leaves so we're going to keep it for now. Just wondering what those things are and how to take care of them apart from removing the leaves
