Powdery Mildew was created by The Speeding Sloth

Question guys! I have a Japanese green maple clone and it looks like it might have powdery mildew so I was wondering if anyone could suggest a spray and or water additive since it starts at the roots and fruits at the leaves. I pulled the leaves off (2) and moved the plant away from my other trees.

If it is mildew, you can use diluted cow milk.
