White insects in soil - Chinese elm was created by Rogers

Just watered my bonsai and realised there was something moving about in the soil. Upon closer inspection it was small white insects, which after a bit of reading I think may be springtails. I’ve read this may be from the soil being too damp, so I might let the soil dry out a little more before watering, but should I also apply some insecticide in the mean time? Thanks

Nah, just let them be. All my pots have insects in them. Part of life, plants and gardens.
