Checking the photos, I now see they are quite different. The first one doesn't seem to be yours.
Which one is of your bonsai? Why did you post that first photo (which I think is not your bonsai) ?

Algae? I don't think so... Moss more likely.

I have loked at a brilliant book of mine and the symptoms match those of overwatering, and being in bad growing conditions. First of all, put the plant in a room or place with good air movement light and humidity. If symptoms pursist then who know, it may be an infection as everyone else said. Make sure you let the soil start to dry out a bit before each watering. Do not water "every two days".

Now soil is 90% dry and I remove the green layer on trunk just above the soil it look like algae. Now what next?
