These are the pics of my ficus since last year and Now , how am i supposed to prune and style this ficus to be prettier and better year by year !!

Plz show me which branches should be cut off , and tell me specifically what to do

Can't see much difference in this pics, are you sure those are the right ones?
It appears to be a macrocarpa ginseng, and although a developed one, it remains one which won't be bonsai anytime soon, like all the rest of 'em. I'm sorry.
However, you can try to grow new roots on the branches and start to grow a new bonsai out of those. However again, to grow a bonsai which matches the bonsai aesthetics guidelines will take you quite a time.
Perhaps is it better to aqcuire a new, more bonsaiworthy specimen.
