Good day to all 
I have just done my first check up on my cuttings I had planted 5 weeks ago one was a hebe and the other was a Juniper ( blue star I think )
The hebe has a few roots just starting to come out of the trunk so I dont think its ready to be repotted but the juniper has about 6 big roots about 6 cm long ( the cutting is about 4 cm high ) with some small fibrous roots sprouting out of them . Should I repot this last one or should I wait ? If so how long should I wait ?
Ps : the juniper is already budding new leaves
